I’m hugely excited and a little bit scared to be honest to be a part of this crazy evening for Hospitality Action.. recipe a closely guarded secret but it will be GOOD!
It is a live cooking event – happening TONIGHT!! – and roughly 20 professional chefs will take turns to create their own take on the humble Sausage Roll. It will last about 4 hours and there will be a live stream from 6.45 this evening – full details here: https://www.red-lion-barnes.co.uk/roll-off
I’m up against some seriously talented Chefs here – and the judging lineup is downright scary.. TV celebrity chef and Sunday Brunch presenter & chef Simon Rimmer, Heart FM DJ Lucy Horobin, Chef Paul Cunningham (two stars) of Henne Kirkeby Kro in Denmark, Chef Russell Bateman (one star) – head chef at Petrus and chef Paul Foster (one star) chef /owner of Salt in Stratford upon Avon.. however not to worry, I’m going to give it my all – and check back here soon for pictures!
