I have several culinary extravaganzas, competitions and pop-ups planned for 2021 and have my whisks and spatulas firmly crossed that at least some will go ahead.
In the meantime I’m actively involved as always with AHDB promoting amongst other things their new #weeatbalanced initiative – and really enjoying demonstration cooking for some of our fabulous culinary students around the country, so important to keep them enthused and engaged.
