So – finished my MEP yesterday evening and looking forward very much to being in the Kitchen at the Lensbury this afternoon alongside these talented Chefs.

My old mate Rob Kennedy who is the Executive Chef at the Lensbury, Marc Petit and Ririn Biggs, also from the Lensbury, Louisa Ellis, a well-known private Chef, Chris Wheeler, the Executive Head Chef of Stoke Park Club, the amazing Hari Ghotra – what she doesn’t know about Indian Spices.. and Freddie Innes, MasterChef Semi Finalist and Senior Sous at Ockendon Manor. And me on the main course!
