Really enjoyed the cook, promoting the use of the Great British Potato – who knew it could be so versatile. Some amazing dishes were created by my talented colleagues, coming together on the pass to produce some really powerful flavours. Special mention to Chef Ririn for her extraordinary dessert. A packed room full of interested and engaged punters really getting behind the initiative – good to see and powerful for the farmers and distributors.
